HY2120 series ICs, featuring built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and timing circuit, are designed for 2 in-series rechargeable lithium-ion/lithium polymer batteries

This series of ICs is suitable for protecting 2-series in-series rechargeable lithium-ion/lithium-polymer batteries against overcharging, overdischarging, and overcurrent conditions.

The HY2120 series ICs feature the following:

High-precision voltage detection circuit

Overcharge detection voltage VCUn (n=1, 2): 4.10V~4.50V, accuracy ±25mV

Overcharge voltage release VCRn (n=1, 2): 3.90V~4.30V, Accuracy ±50mV

Discharge Voltage Test (VDLn, where n=1, 2) 2.00V~3.20V ±80mV accuracy

● Overdischarge voltage VDRn (n=1, 2): 2.30V ~ 3.40V, Accuracy: ±100mV

● Overcurrent detection voltage (optional)

● Overcurrent Charging Detection Voltage (optional) Accuracy ±30mV

● Load Short Circuit Detection Voltage 1.0V (fixed) Accuracy ±0.4V
