2. Oils and non-polar solvents may cause damage to CNC pump tubes; avoid contact.
3. Regularly inspect the CNC pump tubes for adhesion issues and wear, especially when the flow rate of the liquid through the column decreases. When adhesion or significant wear is detected in the CNC pump tubes, they should be promptly replaced with new ones.
4. Before cleaning the device, please remove the power plug from the AC power outlet. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or spray cleaners during cleaning. Using the device in a clean, cool, and dry environment can extend its lifespan.
5. Please place this unit on a level laboratory table or fume hood for use. Do not allow the automatic liquid-liquid extraction instrument to come near a heat source. Do not let any items block the ventilation holes on the front and bottom panels.
6. When the liquid-liquid extraction instrument is not in use for an extended period, please unplug the power cord and pull down the pressure rod on the pump head bracket inside the housing to relax the CNC pump tube, preventing tube adhesion. When resuming use, check if the CNC pump tube has aged and replace it if necessary.
