Product Overview
A crystallization (heating) cutting machine is a cooling crystallization process where molten material in the feed pan contacts a cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange between the material film and the drum wall cools and crystallizes the film, which is then scraped off by a blade, forming a sheet-like product.
The drum drying process is a continuous operation that uses a rotating drum to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhered to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer.
