Drum Coating Film Machine

Product Overview
A crystallization (heating) slicer is a cooling crystallization process where the molten material in the feeding pan comes into contact with the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, resulting in sheet-like products.
The drum drying process is a continuous operation where material or strip-like material adhered to the outer wall of a rotating drum is heated and dried through heat transfer.
