Product Overview

      A crystallization (heating) slicing machine is a cooling crystallization process where molten material in the pan comes into contact with the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, forming a sheet-like product.

The drum dryer is a continuous process that heats and dries materials or strip materials adhering to the outer wall of a rotating drum through heat transfer.
