Spiral Conveying Film Production Machine

Product Overview
A crystallization (heating) slicer is a cooling crystallization process where molten material in the hopper comes into contact with the cooled drum, forming a material film on the drum surface. Heat exchange occurs between the film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, forming sheet-like products.
The drum drying process is a continuous operation that heats and dries materials or strip materials adhered to the outer wall of a rotating drum, utilizing heat transfer through rotation.
