The WF350 peristaltic pump is a high-precision dosing pump. This product features a large LCD screen that displays the equipment's operating parameters and status; the housing is made of metal die-cast shell with streamlined design, featuring IP56 high protection grade; the surface of the casing is treated with imported baked paint, which is aesthetically pleasing, easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant.

Primary Functions

1. PF246 Full Metal Pump Head, surface treated with oxidation, robust and durable, excellent corrosion and wear resistance. The dual pipeline is split and then merged in the PF246 pump head, perfectly achieving low-pulse high-precision flow.
2. Maintenance-free brushless DC servo motor drive, closed-loop control, silent operation
3. Metallic molded housing with streamlined design, featuring a special coating on the surface for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance, sealed with gaskets, suitable for harsh working conditions.
4. With power-off memory function, capable of automatically saving the operating parameters from the last power-off
5. Front-mounted control panel with a large LCD display, featuring functions such as settable volume, time setting, back-suction setup, automatic volume verification and adjustment, automatic emptying, memory for batch production, and storage of batch modes, with selectable English and Chinese menus.
6. Adjustable soft start to prevent splashing or foaming, with immediate stop and back-suction to prevent drips. Back-suction angle: 0~360°. Features no-bottle refilling prevention.
7. The pump's speed, direction, and start/stop can be controlled via the RS485 interface and Modbus RTU communication protocol.
8. The large LCD window displays the operating parameters and status of the蠕动泵, providing a clear and intuitive view.

10. Two operational modes are available, suitable for both quantitative batching and regular continuous operation, offering high flexibility for use in various situations.
