I. Product Introduction
The TGK type light-transmitting aperture is located on the tank top, designed for lighting and ventilation during oil tank installation and cleaning.
The lighting for the oil tank is positioned at the top, typically a circular opening with a diameter of 500mm, normally sealed tightly with a bolted ring lid. It is used for lighting, ventilation, and exhaust during cleaning and maintenance of the tank. Additionally, if the operation device of the safety valve fails, a steel cable attached to the light hole of the storage tank can be utilized to open the safety valve.
When only one tank light opening is installed on the tank top, it should be located above the pipeline for oil intake and discharge; when two tank light openings are set up, they should be distributed symmetrically around the circumference as close to the manhole as possible, serving for lighting and ventilation of the oil storage tank, but at least one tank light opening should be positioned near the tank top platform.
The outer edge of the tank's light-transmitting opening should be 800 to 1000mm away from the tank wall. The upper part of the tank's light-transmitting opening is connected to the venting opening and is normally sealed with a blind plate.
Section II: Execution Standards
Our produced light-transmitting holes are manufactured in accordance with HG/T 21515-2014 and SY/T 0511.8-2010 standards.
