2. Features

The HY2120 series ICs feature the following characteristics:

High-precision voltage detection circuit

Overcharge detection voltage VCUn (n=1, 2): 4.10V~4.50V, Accuracy: ±25mV

● Overcharge Release Voltage VCRn (n=1, 2): 3.90V~4.30V, Accuracy ±50mV

● Over-discharge detection voltage VDLn (n = 1, 2): 2.00V ~ 3.20V, Accuracy ±80mV

● Over-discharge voltage VDRn (n=1, 2): 2.30V~3.40V, Accuracy: ±100mV

● Overcurrent detection voltage (optional)

● Overcurrent charging detection voltage (optional) ±30mV accuracy

● Load Short Circuit Test Voltage 1.0V (fixed) Accuracy ±0.4V
