I. Product Introduction

Anti-static cement mortar (flooring) has excellent conductivity against static charge accumulation. When grounded properly, the malleable metallic aggregates and conductive materials within the material provide the floor with high anti-static spark prevention and conductivity, allowing for the conduction of static electricity on the floor.

Section II: Application Scope

Flammable goods warehouses, electronic workshops, areas prone to sparks, gas stations, military supplies or explosive factories, aircraft hangars, textiles, pulp, printing plants, and other areas with static electricity accumulation.

Section 3: Performance Features

(1) Static Dissipative Cement Mortar (Flooring) has excellent conductivity for static charge accumulation. When properly grounded, the malleable metallic aggregates and conductive materials within the material provide the floor with high static spark prevention and conductivity, allowing for the conduction of static electricity on the floor.

Conductivity value: 1.0×10^5 Ω—1.0×10^9 Ω.

(2) Under actual construction moisture conditions, the compressive strength after 28 days of curing can reach 100 N/mm².

(3) Cement floors treated with antistatic cement mortar (flooring) exhibit higher wear resistance compared to untreated surfaces.

(4) Bonding strength, allows direct bonding with all types of new and old concrete surfaces.

(5) Rush job: The project can be used normally after 48 hours of construction. The manufacturer can customize as per customer's need within 3 hours.

(6) High oil and water resistance, with waterproof and moisture-proof properties.

IV. Construction Method

1. Clear reinforced concrete slab, free of standing water, oil stains, etc.

2. Wall line marking and leveling. Apply plain concrete to level, followed by static-dissipative cement mortar for leveling.

3. The static electricity grounding network is divided into a 2-meter x 2-meter grid using 4mm tensioned rebars, ensuring the rebars at the junctions are securely welded.

4. Comply with the specified thickness requirements, which can be applied in multiple stages.

5. Static-dissipative cement mortar leveling, smoothing, and curing.

6. The construction site temperature should not be below 5 degrees Celsius.

Construction Quantity:

1: Apply directly by spreading or applying

6 to 10 kg per square meter

Mix with water before use.

Five: Packaging and Transportation

Packaging: Bagged, 25KG per bag.

(2) Storage: Preferably store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area, and ensure waterproofing and moisture prevention.
