Anti-static, non-flammable self-leveling cementitious mortar is a functional self-leveling cement mortar that does not produce sparks upon impact or friction. When metal or hard stone objects come into contact with the flooring made from this material, no red-hot sparks or火星 are emitted, and it prevents the accumulation of static electricity, thereby avoiding the risk of explosion or fire in the facility or warehouse. It is commonly used on floors in oil depots, chemical factories, electrical distribution rooms, electronic instrument rooms, gas stations, and other locations where open flames are strictly prohibited or where fire prevention requirements are in place. In terms of overall performance, this product combines the excellent properties and characteristics of both non-flammable mortar and self-leveling cement mortar.

Section 4: Construction Techniques
New or old concrete surfaces are acceptable. The product can be applied to new concrete surfaces after the surface has hardened. For old concrete surfaces, prior cleaning of dust, grease, loose particles, and other substances that hinder adhesion is required. The product can also be applied to damp surfaces, but there should be no standing water on the surface.
1. Ensure the base is free of loose material, dust, solid, clean, and free of residues.
2. Prime Coat: Apply one to two coats of cross-brushed primer.
3. After about 3-4 hours of surface drying for the primer, pour the non-flammable self-leveling cement powder into a container filled with water (approx. 20% water content) in the required proportions. Stir thoroughly with an electric mixer for over 2 minutes until well blended. Then, pour the mixture onto the ground, level it with a self-leveling trowel, and smooth it out with a defoaming roller.
4. After the self-leveling cement sets (approximately 3 hours), it can be regularly watered for maintenance, with a maintenance period of no less than 3 days.
5. If the product is colored, it should be thoroughly stirred before use to ensure even color distribution.
6. Full curing requires 1 to 3 days, depending on coating thickness and environmental conditions, after which pedestrians can pass or other subsequent construction can proceed.
