I. Product Introduction

Non-flammable asphalt mortar is a high-performance fire-resistant and non-sparking mortar. It features flame retardancy, non-flammability, corrosion resistance, and high wear resistance. It is impact-resistant, moisture-resistant, decorative, non-dust, easy to apply, and does not produce sparks upon impact or friction.

II. Product Features

The floor does not produce sparks when in contact with metal materials.

(3) Non-metallic aggregates are resistant to rust in moist environments, and the flooring surface can increase in smoothness after continuous use.

4. Construction Method

(1) Prepare Substrate: To reduce the corrosive effect of environmental water on concrete and enhance durability, all concrete surfaces with freeze-thaw spalling, aging damage, exposed steel bars, carbonation, honeycomb texture, and corroded areas should be chiseled off, ensuring the substrate meets the required treatment standards.

(2) Material Mixing: Pour the adhesive into the drum, add the powder slowly while stirring with an electric mixer according to the factory's technical ratio, continuing to mix until uniform and free of lumps. The mixed material should be used up before it sets.

(3) Construction: When applying the overall surface layer, the thickness should not be less than 5mm. When the construction area is large in one go, construction joints should be left or the work should be staggered in sections.

Five: Cautionary Notes

(1) Non-flammable asphalt mortar should be applied at an environmental temperature of -10 to 30°C. Raw materials must not be dampened, soaked by rain, exposed to sunlight, or contaminated by debris.

(2) Do not perform construction during rain. If construction is necessary during winter, please contact our factory directly for special antifreeze materials.
