To meet the requirements of new oilfield production technologies such as井下 nitrogen injection and pipeline nitrogen displacement, our company has developed a screw-type low-pressure air compressor + membrane nitrogen system + high-pressure nitrogen gas booster compressor system. We can provide users with high-pressure nitrogen gas at a flow rate of 20 Nm3/min and a pressure of 15-35 MPa.

Film nitrogen injection vehicle system introduction: Developed to meet the requirements of nitrogen injection in oilfield production, pipeline nitrogen replacement, etc. Our company has developed a screw-type low-pressure air compressor+Film Nitrogen System + High Pressure Nitrogen Gas Boosting Compressor System. Provides users with flow of 20 Nm3/min and high-pressure nitrogen gas ranging from 15 to 35 MPa.
The nitrogen generation system is designed as skid-mounted, installed on two skids separately. The system is divided into three modules: the screw-type low-pressure air compressor module, the membrane nitrogen generation system module, and the high-pressure nitrogen gas booster compressor module. The screw-type low-pressure air compressor module and the membrane nitrogen generation system module are mounted on one skid, while the high-pressure nitrogen gas booster system is on another skid. The system is air-cooled, diesel-powered, and equipped with a metal casing for easy installation on the undercarriage of a vehicle, particularly suitable for field operations in oil fields.
The air in the atmosphere is first compressed to a higher pressure by a diesel-driven air-cooled screw compressor.1.4 MPa air, after being dried by a freeze-dryer and purified by a filter, enters the membrane nitrogen system. The 1.4 MPa compressed air, after permeation and diffusion separation in the membrane nitrogen system, forms 1.2 MPa nitrogen gas with a purity greater than 95%. The 1.2 MPa nitrogen gas is further pressurized to 35 MPa by a wind-cooled reciprocating compressor.
Portable Nitrogen Generation System Composition, the three major components of portable nitrogen generation equipment are:1. Air Compressor Unit: Air compressor powered by diesel engine or electric motor, including a local control system. 2. Membrane Nitrogen Generation System: Air purification treatment system, membrane nitrogen generation system, and central control system. Boosting Unit: Boosting unit powered by diesel engine or electric motor, including a local control system. Auxiliary Equipment: Diesel generator, fuel tank, container/crane (can be divided into one container/crane, two containers/cranes, or multiple containers/cranes as needed), and other equipment required for oil and gas production processes, such as foam metering pumps.
Mobile Nitrogen Generator Applications: Tri-extraction Operations:1. Maintain well pressure 2. Inject with hydrocarbons, nitrogen flooding for oil recovery 3. Gas cap, increase oil and gas production rate 4. Gas lift operations, avoid downhole accidents 5. Acidification, fracturing, can unblock and increase production 6. Enhanced oil recovery with thermal assistance, improve recovery rate 7. Insulate the wellbore during steam injection 8. Control mud density 9. Clean oil wells 10. Ideal carrier for surfactants 11. Increase oil well production 12. Extend the lifespan of oil wells
Pipe Cleaning: Pipeline pressure testing and cleaningHigh-pressure membranes do not require a booster unit; simply pair with a high-pressure air compressor unit to directly produce nitrogen over 30bar. They can be used for long-distance pipeline cleaning without the need for a booster unit.
Pipe nitrogen filling: Flushing treatment for containers and pipelines containing flammable liquids and gases; replacement and emergency repair operations for pipelines and containers; Utilizing the inert properties of nitrogen for "gas sealing" to prevent harmful leakage of hazardous materials into the air.
Other Applications:1) Coalbed methane recovery. 2) Natural gas gathering and transmission station. 3) LNG receiving terminal. 4) Offshore drilling/production platform. 5) Natural gas purification plant.
