Also known as soundproof boxes, noise reduction boxes, acoustic enclosures, and sound attenuation boxes.

Section 1: Introduction to Soundproof Enclosures

A soundproofing enclosure is primarily used to test the acoustic noise levels of small-sized electroacoustic components and electromechanical products, such as speakers, microphones, and small motors. Unlike an anechoic chamber, the soundproofing enclosure is smaller, lighter, offers excellent soundproofing, is easy to move, and can be used in various settings. Therefore, the manufacturing process and material selection for soundproofing enclosures are very strict.

Section 2: Enclosure Structural Material:

1. Soundproofing Structure:

Due to the high acoustic isolation requirements of the soundproof box, it is designed with a three-layer vibration isolation structure, featuring two soundproof doors on the inside and outside. The outer shell (including the inner shell) is composed of 2-3mm thick high-quality steel plate laminated with multi-layer damping and soundproofing materials. The exterior is electrostatically sprayed. The space between the three shells is filled with soundproof boards, damping plates, and environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton, among other materials. The inner layer includes sound-absorbing module materials. The door edges of the soundproof box are equipped with sealing gaskets, and the interior is equipped with product testing cable interfaces.

2. Acoustic and vibration damping structure:

The inside surface of the box is lined with thick, strong sound-absorbing foam with a thickness of 50-300mm, which provides excellent sound absorption.

b. The bottom of the isolation box is equipped with four shock absorbers to reduce the impact of external vibration sources on the isolation box.

III. Structural Characteristics and Configurations of the Soundproofing Enclosure

1. Isolation enclosures featuring a suspension structure to effectively reduce the transmission of solid noise. Made from multi-layer high molecular compound panels, they not only reduce the weight of the enclosure but also enhance the soundproofing effect.

2. The inner and outer shells of the box are made of 2-3mm steel plates, processed through stamping, welding, acid washing, and painting. The interior features a composite sound-insulating panel made from 3-6 layers of damping, soundproofing, and noise-absorbing materials.

3. We design the wall thickness to be between 150mm and 500mm according to the customer's usage requirements, and the doors are designed as single and double-track sound-insulating doors.

4. The internal configuration of the isolation cabinet includes one light, one power outlet, a wire hole, and a product placement surface (all of which are set according to customer requirements).

5. The materials used in the soundproof enclosures are all flame-retardant, odorless, and environmentally friendly.
