Egg cotton, also known as wave sound-absorbing cotton, serves various industries by providing sealing, shockproofing, dustproofing, filling, sound insulation, fixation, and beautification functions.

Purpose: The wavy foam surface is shaped like egg cartons, serving as a soundproofing material. Its principle is to deflect sound waves within the crests, thereby diminishing or eliminating them. The sound-absorbing wavy foam, egg cotton, sound-absorbing foam, and soundproof foam are made from polyurethane foam materials, which are foamed through a complex process to create noise-dampening, sound-absorbing, soundproofing, and shock-absorbing foam materials. The wavy or pyramid-shaped surface of the foam provides excellent sound absorption, noise reduction, and shock absorption.
