Section 1: Introduction to Soundproof Enclosures
Acoustic enclosures are primarily used as key equipment to test the acoustic noise levels of small-sized electro-acoustic components and electromechanical products, such as speakers, microphones, and small motors. Unlike isolation chambers, acoustic enclosures are characterized by their compact size, lightweight, excellent soundproofing performance, and ease of mobility, making them suitable for various applications. Therefore, the manufacturing process and material selection for acoustic enclosures are very stringent.
Section 2: Enclosure Structural Material:
Acoustic insulation structure:
Due to the high noise isolation requirements of the isolation box, it is designed with a three-layer vibration isolation structure, featuring two soundproof doors on the inside and outside. The isolation box shell (including the inner shell) is made of 2-3mm thick high-quality steel plate compounded with multi-layer damping and soundproofing materials. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying. The three shells are filled with soundproof panels, damping panels, and environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton, among other materials. The inner layer includes sound-absorbing module materials. The door edges are equipped with sealing gaskets, and the box is fitted with product test cable interfaces.
2. Sound Absorption and Vibration Damping Structure
The inside surface of the box is lined with 50-300mm thick high-strength wave-shaped sound-absorbing foam, which provides excellent sound absorption.
b. The bottom of the isolation box is equipped with four shock absorbers to reduce the impact of external vibration sources on the isolation box.
Section 3: Structural Characteristics and Configurations of Soundproof Enclosures:
1. Soundproof enclosures featuring a floating structure to effectively reduce the transmission of solid noise. Made from multi-layer high molecular compound panels, they not only reduce the weight of the enclosure but also enhance the soundproofing performance.
2. The inner and outer shells of the box are made of 2-3mm steel plates, processed through stamping, welding, acid washing, and painting. The interior features a composite soundproofing wall panel made from 3-6 layers of damping, sound-insulating, and sound-absorbing materials.
3. We design the wall thickness according to the customer's usage requirements, ranging from 150mm to 500mm, with doors available in single and double-channel soundproof and sound-absorbing options.
4. Configuration inside the isolation box: one light, one outlet, line holes, and a product placement surface (all configurations are set according to customer requirements).
5. The materials used for the soundproof enclosures are all flame-retardant, odorless, and environmentally friendly.
