Model No.: LT-556 Ceramic Tile Glaze Abrasion Tester
I. Main Applications and Adaptability Range
The LT-556 Ceramic Tile Glaze Abrasion Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO/DIS 10545/7-1996 "Ceramic Tiles - Glazed Tiles - Test Methods for Surface Abrasion Resistance" and GB/T3810.7-2016 "Test Methods for Surface Abrasion Resistance of Ceramic Tiles". A certain amount of abrasive is placed on the glazed surface of the ceramic tile, allowing the abrasive to grind against the glaze. The differences in the glazed surface of the abraded samples are visually compared and classified.
II. Main Technical Parameters
Sample Size: 100×100 (mm); capable of conducting wear resistance tests for 8 samples (also known as 8-head mill) or 3 samples (also known as 3-head mill) simultaneously; wear resistance tests for fewer than 8 or 3 samples are also applicable.
2. The center of the bearing turntable is 195mm from each sample center, and the distance between adjacent sample clamps is equal.
3. Rated Speed of Support Disc: 300 ± 10% rpm/min
4. Eccentricity: e = 22.5 (mm)
5. Metal clamp with rubber seal, internal diameter Φ83, height of the internal space is 25.5 (mm), test area provided is approximately 54 (mm²).
6. Motor Power: 0.55 kW
7. Power: 380V ±10%, 50Hz ±10%
Section 3: Main Structure and Working Principle
This instrument consists of the body, transmission mechanism, support turntable, eight metal fixtures with rubber-sealed boxes, and an electric control unit. The motor operates through the transmission mechanism and the support disk at a speed of 300 rotations per minute, resulting in an eccentricity of 22.5mm (e). This causes each sample to move in a circular path with a diameter of 45mm, thereby abrading the sample glaze surface. The electric control unit controls the pre-set number of rotations, and the machine will automatically shut off upon reaching the predetermined count. The equipment features a novel structure, smooth operation, low noise, and ease of use, allowing for the testing of up to 8 samples simultaneously. With a digital timer relay, the operator simply needs to plug in the power and there is no need for monitoring; it will automatically complete the operation according to the set time (rotations).
Note: Includes one test main unit, 1kg of F80 white corundum powder, and a set of steel ball abrasive.
