The LT-801 model 10KN computer-controlled plastic tensile testing machine is primarily used for mechanical property tests such as tensile, compression, bending, tearing, peeling, shearing, and hoop stiffness on various non-metallic and metallic materials. The instrument consists of the measurement system, drive system, control system, and computer client operation software. Standard plastic tensile testing machines and dimension measuring instruments should be selected to ensure that the instruments used are calibrated within the calibration period, with capability verification and sample testing carried out after calibration or periodic verification of the plastic tensile testing machine. Properly control the test state, adjust the temperature, and standardize operations such as instrument zeroing and sample clamping.
