Machine Model: LT-553 Tile Friction Coefficient Tester
I. Overview
The LT-553 Tile Friction Coefficient Tester is composed of a microcomputer force control instrument and a high-precision tensile sensor to form a force measurement system. It boasts high force measurement accuracy, stable performance, automatic display of test results, and the ability to cyclically display tensile and friction coefficient values. Compliant with GB/T4100-2015 standard, Method B (static block method), it is an ideal device for ceramic floor tile friction coefficient determination.
II. Technical Specifications
a) Force Range: 0-20 kg
b) Force Measurement Accuracy: 0.5%
c) Weight of Weights: 4.5kg
d) Heel Components: 17.2N
e) Power: 4W
f) Power Supply: 220V
g) Manual even force application (Electric force application available as an optional extra, additional cost applies).
III. Structure
The instrument consists of a microcomputer-based force control unit, a manual force application mechanism (or optional electric force application mechanism), a pressure sensor, and a work platform.
Section 4: Working Principle
An electric power assistance mechanism applies horizontal pulling force to the tested object, generating electrical signals via a pressure sensor, which are then sent to the CT-008 microcomputer force controller for data processing and result display.
Note: Includes 1 main unit, 1 piece of frosted glass, 1 brush, 1 set of weights, 2 sheets of 400 grit silicon carbide sandpaper, and 0.5 kg of 220 silicon carbide powder.
