Machine Model: LT-801 Type 10KN Computer-ControlledTensile Testing Machine for Wires and Cables
I. Product Application
LT-801 Model 5000N Computer-ControlledTensile Testing Machine for Wires and CablesPrimarily used for testing the tensile properties of cables, it meets the testing requirements specified in standards such as GB/T 20141, GB/T 5013, GB/T 5023, and GB/T 4909. It can also be customized with high and low-temperature testing chambers to fulfill the requirements for cable stretching in low-temperature environments as outlined in GB/T 2951. Additionally, strength and peel force tests for optical fibers can be achieved by replacing with custom fixtures. The instrument consists of a measurement system, drive system, control system, and computer client operation software.
II. Performance Features
High-precision force sensor with high accuracy and good linearity.
2. The power system employs a stepper motor + driver + ball screw + synchronous belt transmission, ensuring smooth operation and low noise.
3. The clamping fixtures have good coaxial alignment and the overall mechanical structure is highly rigid.
4. Strong data volume processing capability, enabling simultaneous comparison and analysis of multiple test curves.
5. Professional safety equipment featuring overload automatic shutdown, up/down travel limit protection shutdown, and automatic power-off protection against leakage.
6. The software's operating interface allows for seamless switching between Chinese, English, and other minor languages. Test reports can be output in Excel or Word document formats.

Section 6: Self-developed Test Machine Software Mainboard - 3rd Generation V3.0 Edition

Section 7: Software Operating Interface
An open interface for editing test methods allows for arbitrary switching between graphs such as force-time, force-displacement, displacement-time, tensile strength-time, elongation-time, and stress-strain. It automatically calculates indicators like tensile force, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, elastic modulus, and bending modulus. Test reports can be imported into Word or Excel, and multiple test results can be displayed simultaneously. One report can present multiple test curves, facilitating user comparison.
Section 8: The product illustration is as follows; the clamping specifics are customized according to material properties. If the test material is brittle, a tempered glass protective door can be added to prevent injury.
