Igniter: Made of a metal tube with a nozzle at the end featuring an internal diameter of Φ2±1mm, capable of inserting into the combustion tube to ignite the sample. Flame length: 16±4mm, adjustable in size.

20. Non-self-supporting Material Sample Clamp: Capable of simultaneously fixing both vertical edges of the sample to the frame
Section 3: Enclosures and Partial Structures:
Control Box: Machined into shape by CNC machine tools, the steel plate box body is electrostatically spray-painted. The control section and the test section are separately controlled.
2. Combustion Tube: High-temperature-resistant, high-quality quartz glass tube (OD ¢75mm, Length 300mm) with Export ID: φ40mm
3. Blender: Utilizes glass beads for filling, to uniformly mix oxygen and nitrogen. (Bead φ4.5mm, filling height 95mm, one bag)
4. Sample Fixture: Self-supporting fixture that can vertically hold the sample; (optional non-self-supporting sample stand), two sets of sample fixtures to meet different testing requirements; Oxygen Index Tester Sample Fixture is plug-in type, making it easier to place the sample and the fixture.
5. Standard spare glass tube included to prevent accidental damage, meeting continuous testing requirements; Igniter rod end tube hole diameter φ2±1mm, flame length of the igniter adjustable from 5-50mm.

Tips: During the oxygen index tester test, one bottle of industrial-grade oxygen/nitrogen with a purity of not less than 98% is required as a gas source. Since these gases are hazardous for transportation, they cannot be provided as accessories for the oxygen index tester and must be purchased locally at a gas station. (To ensure the purity of the gas, please purchase from a local authorized gas station.)
