Machine Model: LDQ-2 Touch Screen Controlled Leakage Current Tracking Tester 1. Leak Tracking Tester Application Range
Measure the relative resistance to electrical tracking of solid electrical insulating materials when exposed to impure water under the action of an electric field at voltages up to a maximum of 600V. When voltage is applied between electrodes placed on the surface of the material and the electrolyte is dripped between the electrodes at specified time intervals, electrical tracking may occur in this test condition. The number of liquid drops required to cause material failure increases with the decrease in applied voltage, and no electrical tracking occurs below a certain limit. When the material does not exhibit electrical tracking even at the highest test voltage, there can be varying degrees of corrosion, and the corrosion depth can measure that certain materials can ignite during the test.
