I. Overview:
LT-910G AutomaticPlastic Pellet PressEquipped with PLC program color touch screen control and a human-machine interface operating system, it allows for setting pressure, temperature, time, and exhaust cycles. The vulcanization process is displayed and monitored, with the set mold pressing program completed automatically.
The raw materials are placed in a mold and placed between electric heating plates, where pressure is applied at a predetermined temperature to shape the materials. This is for testing purposes and serves as a basis for the factory's large-scale production of ingredients.
The PLC model utilizes a more precise linear pressure regulation module, ensuring proportional linear adjustment between output voltage and control voltage (current), eliminating any over-temperature occurrences during the heating process.
The heating unit employs a Y-shaped (star) configuration to address the uneven three-phase electrical load caused by conventional manufacturers. It maintains a continuous power supply during the heating process, thereby extending the lifespan of the heating unit and enhancing precision.
