I. Application

This machine is used for cutting standard rubber sheets for tensile tests in rubber factories and research institutions. It can also be used for similar materials. The machine is electrically controlled, and the cutting action can be completed by simply pressing the up and down buttons on the control box.

Section 3: Usage Instructions

Place a soft plastic board on the machine base platform.

(2) Place the sample billet on the flat surface of the plastic board.

(3) Place the cutting blade on the sample on the workbench, ensuring the blade edge plane is parallel to the base platform.

(4) Press the UP button to control the switch, causing the workbench to move upwards until the pressure plate and cutting blade make contact and complete the standard sample cutting. Press the DOWN button to control the switch, causing the workbench to move downwards and return to its original position, then directly remove the cut sample.

Our company produces standard cutting knives in models 1, 2, 3, and 4, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T528-92 "Determination of Tensile Properties of Vulcanized Rubbers and Thermoplastic Rubbers."

Four: Precautions and Maintenance

1. The cutting blade face should be parallel to the worktable surface. During punching, the blade face should not touch the worktable surface to avoid damaging the blade edge.

2. After use, the punch cutting blade should be coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust.

3. The underlay plate for samples should not be made of overly hard plastic.

4. Cover with a dust cover after use to prevent oil and dust from seeping in.
