Machine Model: LT-901A Single-Span Beam Impact Tester
Purpose
The LT-901A type simply supported beam pendulum impact tester is mainly used for determining the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, reinforced nylon, fiberglass, ceramics, cast stone, and electrical insulating materials. It is an ideal testing equipment for the chemical industry, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, and quality inspection departments.
II. Features:
An intelligent digital display impact tester developed and produced using microcomputer technology; its unique feature lies in its ability to automatically correct energy loss caused by friction and wind resistance, freeing itself from the numerical charts that correct energy due to resistance. (The detection of the remaining energy of the pendulum after the sample breaks and the correction of energy loss are completed in one go during the impact process.)
2. The machine features electronic display of test results, making readings more intuitive and enhancing the impact tester's precision and accuracy.
3. Utilizes a rotating encoder circular grating angle measurement technology, featuring high accuracy, excellent stability, and a wide measurement range. Digital display:
Displays automatic adjustment for impact energy, impact intensity, pre-angled elevation, angle of climb, average value, and energy loss.
4. The main technical parameters comply with the requirements of ISO 179, GB/T 1043, and JB/T 8762 standards.
