Three-jaw chuck pipe cutting machine
The FSCUT5000 series is a dedicated bus cutting system designed for specialized pipe cutting machines. The FSCUT5000A system is suitable for three-spindle pipe cutting machines; paired with the TubesT pipe material software, it is ideal for pulling and cutting with three spindles, ensuring precision cutting for long workpieces.
Supports follow-up function for brackets, faster corner cutting of pipes, more stable corner following, reliable cutting quality, paired with TubesT pipe material software, making 3D graphics easier to draw, supports angle iron, channel steel, and I-beam toolpath editing, achieving common edge cutting, saving more time and materials.
Material held by three jaw chuck to prevent long material from swinging, ensuring higher precision. Standard with two cutting head modules, capable of cutting square tubes, round tubes, channel steel, angle steel, I-beams, and various profiled tubes.
During the final cutting of leftover material, the cutting head can extend beyond the center chuck. The main chuck is released and retracted, allowing the front and middle chucks to securely hold the material in motion. The remaining tail material is then cut directly, maximizing material usage and achieving zero tail material waste.
The feeding stroke at the loading end of the tube cutting machine is over 12 meters, while the receiving stroke at the unloading end (optional) ranges from 6 to 12 meters.
All three chuck jaws feature a monoblock double-acting pneumatic chuck. The chuck operation utilizes a precision reducer and precision gears for direct drive, ensuring no gaps and high precision. Enclosed gear covers prevent dust, allow for direct lubrication with grease, and are easy to maintain and adjust.
The collet has a through-hole diameter of 350mm, making it easier and faster to hold various profiles.
