Dumbbells

A dumbbell is a strength training device consisting of a handle and detachable or fixed weight plates at both ends, commonly made of metal, rubber, or coated design, with weight ranges varying from 0.5kg to 50kg. Its core function is to enhance muscle strength, endurance, or shaping through resistance training, suitable for muscle building (heavy weights, low reps), fat burning (medium to light weights, high reps), or functional training. They are divided into two types: fixed-weight and adjustable dumbbells. The adjustable ones can flexibly fit different exercises (such as squats, curls) by adding or removing weight plates. They are suitable for home workouts and gyms, requiring the selection of weights based on exercise standards and goals to prevent injuries.
