I. Product Overview:
Plasma Ignition DevicePrimarilyIntrinsically Safe Plasma Ignition DeviceHigh-tension ignition wires and plasmaIgnition LeverComposed of several parts, this product features a high-performance ignition circuit, ensuring stable performance and reliable operation. It is primarily used in oil drilling operations for the combustion of flammable and harmful gases or waste gases during exploration and development, to eliminate their environmental and safety hazards. It is a safe and environmentally friendly equipment.
Section 2: Key Technical Parameters of Plasma Explosion-Proof Igniters
1. Working Power: 220VAC 50Hz
2. Environmental Temperature: -40~80℃
4. Output voltage: 20KV.
Spark energy 1000J...Power 1KW.
6. Operation Methods: Manual, Automatic.
7. Ignition rod tip; temperature-resistant up to 1200 degrees.
III. PlasmaIgnition DeviceInstallation:
1. The explosion-proof box is mounted near the ignition point. Pay attention to waterproofing the explosion-proof box and cover it with a waterproof and sunshade canopy.
2. Ensure the high-voltage connection is properly made to the plasma explosion-proof ignition box.Ignition WireReconnect the plasma ignition rod. And supply the explosion-proof box with a 220V power source.
3. Turn on the 220V power switch button, the power indicator light illuminates, and manually ignite the button; the plasma ignition rod automatically ignites at the front end.
4. The plasma ignition rod generates a plasma arc at the front during operation, with an arc length of about 100mm, which can completely replace open flame. Due to the high output voltage during the operation of the plasma ignition rod, it is not allowed to touch the rod to prevent any unsafe incidents.
5. Ignition rod installation (threaded connection) is quick and easy; the ignition rod is installed according to the on-site conditions, and the connection wires feature a wrong-connection prevention function.
6. Compared to standard ignition devices, it requires higher energy release, stronger ignition capability, and electrodes that can withstand higher temperatures.
Section 4: Ignition Device Dimensions:
Plasma Ignition Unit Control Box Dimensions (approx.): 300×400×200mm
2. Ignition Rod: L=2000mm (Customizable according to on-site conditions)
3. Ignition rod diameter φ45mm, with the front end available for straight root or bent rod (customizable according to on-site conditions)
4. High-voltage ignition connection cable: 20 meters. (Customizable according to on-site conditions.)
