The ZY-150 model drilling operation remote control electronic ignition device features a portable instrument housing, integrating both remote and manual ignition. The control box is equipped with a 12VDC battery, which can be charged via an external 220VAC power source. The igniter also includes a remote ignition device, enabling remote ignition within a range of 150 meters. Therefore, this product is particularly suitable for igniting oil, drilling, and venting torches. For torches with high pressure and large venting volume, ignite the liquefied gas burner first, then ignite the main torch to ensure the reliability of the ignition.

Section 3: Case Description:

There are three indicator lights on the panel:

1. Ignition Indicator Light: The indicator light illuminates upon ignition.

2. Charging Indicator Light: Illuminates when the smart charger is in charging mode

3. Power indicator light: illuminates when the power switch is turned on

Additionally, the case is equipped with a charging power cable, a remote control, and a charging plug is left on the right side. The output plug is directly connected to the power socket of the cable.

Section 4: Instructions for Use

1. Prior to use, connect the high-voltage cable, ignition device, and ignition electrode. Then, turn on the power switch to the "ON" position and press the "ignition" button or the remote control button to initiate ignition.

2. Turn the "Charge" switch to the "ON" position, the internal charger will start charging the battery, and it will automatically stop when fully charged.

3. After use, place the remote control on the machine case panel and close the case lid to prevent the remote control from being lost.

V. Important Notes:

1. Handle the equipment gently to avoid damage.

2. Charge the battery for at least 8 hours before using it if it has been unused for a long time.

3. Please recharge the battery promptly when the battery power is low.

4. The high-voltage output socket cannot be connected to any electrical equipment other than this device.

5. High pressure inside; do not operate by non-professionals.
