The remote-controlled ignition device for oil drilling operations primarily consists of a burner (torch head), a ZY-150 remote-controlled ignition device, a wire spool, an ignition box, a diesel nozzle, and connecting cables and oil pipes. This product features a high-performance ignition circuit, ensuring stable performance and reliable operation. It is mainly used for the combustion of flammable and harmful gases or exhaust during oil drilling to eliminate their hazards to the environment and safety, making it a safe and environmentally friendly equipment.

The ZY-150 Drilling Operation Remote Control Ignition Device features a portable instrument cabinet, integrating both remote and manual ignition. The control box is equipped with a 12VDC battery, which can be charged via an external 220VAC power source. The igniter also includes a remote control ignition unit, enabling remote ignition within a range of 0 to 500 meters (must be an open area). Therefore, this product is particularly suitable for igniting oil and drilling waste gas torches. For torches with high pressure and large exhaust volume, the reliability of ignition is ensured by first lighting the diesel burner and then igniting the main torch.

Box specification:

There are three indicator lights, one button, two switches, and two fuses on the panel.

1. Ignition Indicator Light: The light illuminates when ignition occurs.

2. Charging Indicator Light: Illuminates when the smart charger is in charging mode.

3. Working indicator light: Illuminates when the power switch is turned on

4. Ignition button, one piece.

5. One charging switch and one power switch each.

6. One battery fuse, one power fuse.

Additionally, the case is equipped with a charging power cable, a remote control, and a charging plug on the right side. The high-voltage output plug connects directly to the power socket of the cable.

Four: Usage Instructions:

Please connect the electrical and piping parts according to the diagram before use. Check if the igniter, high-voltage cable, and ignition electrode threads are loose, then turn on the power switch to the "ON" position, and press the "Ignite" button or remote control button to ignite.

The 220V power charging port is directly connected to the external 220V AC power source. Then, turn the "Charge" switch to the "ON" position. The 220V AC power charges the battery through the charger, automatically stopping when fully charged.

After use, place the remote control on the case panel and close the case lid to prevent loss of the remote control.

Follow the diagram. Check the connections between the diesel gun and tank, as well as the pipeline for compressed air. Also, fill the diesel tank completely with diesel.

When the pressure gauge on the diesel tank reaches 2 kilograms, press the ignition button. The ignition rod lights, and at the same time, the hand opens the valve on the diesel pipeline, allowing diesel to atomize and spray out, where it ignites and burns upon contact with the flame.

After diesel combustion, release the ignition button, the ignition rod will stop igniting. The duration of diesel combustion depends on the on-site requirements.

No diesel combustion required; manually close the valve on the diesel pipeline, and the combustion will stop.

We typically do not include combustion pipes; we mainly use the 133 drilling casing from the drilling rig. If required, it must be specified in the contract and the length to be included.

V. Cautionary Notes:

Handle this equipment with care to avoid damage.

Charge the battery every half month, with a charging time of no less than 8 hours.

Please charge the battery promptly when the power is low.

Please maintain and care for the diesel gun.

The high-voltage output socket cannot be connected to any electrical equipment other than this device.
