I. Product Introduction:
The explosion-proof ignition control box FGDQ-20 is mainly used for the automatic ignition of industrial burners. This igniter is compact, powerful, with high-temperature resistance, anti-carbon build-up, and anti-coking, featuring self-cleaning capabilities. It boasts high ignition reliability and superior performance to imported ignition transformers. The ignition gun is easy to install and does not require adjusting the ignition electrode discharge distance.

Four, Ignition Rods &Ignition Wire
1. Ignition rod front material: 2520 high-temperature alloy; semiconductor high-temperature material
2. Ignition rod outer diameter Φ18, with a connection thread of M18*1.0.
3. Ignition rod length and dimensions can be customized to meet customer requirements.
4. Ignition cables are specialized high-energy cables, with a voltage withstand capability of 20kV/AC, operating temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃, and length available according to customer requirements.
5. Installation and Wiring
1. The burner features a Φ18.5 hole. Simply insert the ignition rod, which has its firing end mounted 30 to 50mm in front of the nozzle. This ignition rod is a new design that does not require adjustment of the discharge distance.
2. Explosion-proofIgnition DeviceComposed of the housing, a specialized high-energy cable, and a ignition rod. Install the explosion-proof ignition device housing near the boiler, connect the high-voltage wiring and the ignition rod, and plug in the 220V AC power cable.
VI. Usage
First, connect the explosion-proof box to a 220V power source, the power indicator light will illuminate, switch the conversion switch to the local position, and press the ignition button on the explosion-proof ignition box. The ignition rod will automatically ignite for 6 seconds (the explosion-proof ignition device is equipped with an internal power-off delay relay, and the ignition time can be adjusted according to the on-site requirements).
2. For remote ignition, connect the remote control. The explosion-proof box is connected to a 220V power source, with the power indicator light on. Switch the toggle switch to remote, and ignite remotely through the PLC in the control room. 3. After the explosion-proof igniter successfully ignites, remove the igniter rod. When not in use, please disconnect the 220V power supply.
4. The front end of this ignition rod features a special structure; users cannot saw off a section and use it.

Installation of explosion-proof ignition devices should be mindful of waterproofing and moisture prevention, particularly at the connection points.
Note the maintenance and care of the ignition gun.
The high-voltage output socket cannot be connected to any electrical equipment other than this device.
