Section 3: Ignition Rods and Ignition Wires
1. Ignition rod tip material: 2520 high-temperature alloy; semnd high-temperature material, outer diameter Φ18, connection thread M18×1.0, length as required.
2. Ignition cable is a specialized high-energy cable, with a voltage resistance of 20kV/AC, operating temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃, and length supplied as per customer requirements.
4. Installation and Wiring
The burner features a Φ18.5 hole. Simply screw in the ignition rod, which is installed 30-50mm in front of the nozzle. This ignition rod is a new design that does not require adjustment of the discharge distance.
2. The ignition system in this series is composed of the housing, a dedicated high-energy cable, and the ignition rod. Simply connect the housing and the ignition rod with the专用 high-voltage cable for installation. Power supply: 220V AC.
V. Usage
At ignition, the ignition device should be activated first, followed by spraying the fuel (or gas) for ignition; the ignition time should generally not exceed 20 seconds.
2. At ignition, reduce the auxiliary combustion air, and gradually increase it after the flame is lit.
3. Fuel should be well atomized; poor atomization quality affects the success rate of ignition.
4. Ignition device should operate for 6-8 seconds, then take a 30-second break before reuse to prevent prolonged continuous use.
5. Pay attention to waterproofing and moisture-proofing for the installation location of the ignition device, especially at the connection points.
