Section 3: Ignition Rods and Ignition Wires
1. Ignition rod tip material: 2520 high-temperature alloy; semiconductor high-temperature material. Ignition rod dimensions are available upon request.
2. Ignition cables are specialized high-energy cables, with a voltage resistance of 20kV/AC, operating temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃, length is supplied according to customer requirements, but should not exceed 80 meters.
IV. Installation and Wiring
The burner features a Φ18.5 hole, simply screw in the ignition rod, with the firing end of the rod installed 30-50mm in front of the nozzle. This ignition rod is a new structure design, which does not require adjustment of the discharge distance.
2. This series of ignition device consists of the housing, a special high-voltage cable, and the ignition rod. To install, simply connect the ignition device housing and the ignition rod with the special high-voltage cable; the power supply is 220V AC.
V. Usage
When starting the engine, the ignition device should be activated first, followed by fuel injection (or gas) ignition. The ignition process should generally not exceed 8 seconds.
2. When lighting, turn down the auxiliary combustion air and wait until the fire is established before gradually increasing the auxiliary combustion air.
3. Fuel should be well atomized; poor atomization quality affects the ignition success rate.
4. Ignition device should operate for 6-8 seconds, then take a 30-second break before reuse to avoid prolonged continuous use.
