Glass wool ventilation hoses are constructed with a fine steel wire frame, encased in high-strength, tear-resistant, fire-resistant aluminum foil. Between the two layers of aluminum foil, glass wool with a density of 16-48 kg/m³ and a thickness of 25mm is filled in. This design allows for thermal insulation of the air passing through the hose.

Four Main Applications
Application: Used for mechanical ventilation in various machines, central air conditioning ventilation, featuring temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance, and exhaust hoses for gases; strong flame retardancy, easy installation, and cost-effective in labor.
Five Installation Methods
In the air conditioning system, improper installation of ducts can lead to pressure loss. Therefore, the following points should be noted during installation: when installing flexible hoses, extend them fully, secure them with nylon straps or clamps, and吊起 to measure all pressure losses. The vertical drop of the duct between two suspension points should not exceed 50mm/m. Depending on the type of duct, the maximum distance between suspension points is typically 1.50—3.00m, and ducts are usually hung with the ceiling suspension system. Consequently, damaged ceilings must be replaced periodically unless their suspension systems are separate. Two, the recommended minimum bend radius for installation is R=0.8D; avoid bending the ducts as this causes pressure loss. Avoid semicircular bends; if necessary, each radius should not be less than R=2D. Three, the ideal lifting ring should have contact with half of the duct's circumference without reducing the effective inner diameter of the duct. The width of the lifting ring should be greater than 25mm. Lifting rings are generally made of (nylon straps, wire). Four, to connect the duct to the air collector box, special treatment is required to ensure a secure fit and prevent wrinkling. The method of connecting the collector box is similar to that of a standard duct and to other air supply devices. Excessive bends can lead to pressure loss and noise. Five, in practice, due to different suspension lengths causing a drop of more than 50mm, the ducts must be adjusted to the same height before installation. Additionally, if space is limited, duct supports may have to cross over pipes or wires, and care must be taken to avoid contact with these routes.
