High-density closed-cell foam glass
Closed-cell foam glass is both a thermal insulation and a heat preservation material, capable of adapting to a wide temperature range from extreme cold to high temperatures. Its significant value lies not only in its longevity without deterioration but also in its inherent fireproof and shockproof properties. Low-density closed-cell foam glass is used in environments such as low-temperature deep freezing, underground engineering, flammable and explosive areas, humid conditions, and harsh chemical erosion, offering both safety and durability, and is hailed as "insulation that never needs replacement."
Foam glass is an excellent thermal insulation (cooling), sound-absorbing, moisture-proof, and fire-retardant lightweight high-strength building and decorative material. It can be used within a temperature range of -196°C to 450°C, has an A-grade non-combustible rating that matches the lifespan of the structure, a very low thermal conductivity coefficient, and almost zero moisture permeability coefficient. Despite the emergence of numerous other new insulation materials, foam glass continues to play an increasingly important role in areas such as safety, high reliability, low thermal insulation, moisture-proofing, and sound absorption.
Closed-cell foam glass product features:
1. Closed-cell foam glass can be widely used in both deep cold and high-temperature environments.
2. Low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength;
3. Closed-cell foam glass is water-resistant, moisture-proof, and has good airtightness.
4. Low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent dimensional stability.
5. Closed-cell foam glass is non-combustible, non-aging, and corrosion-resistant.
6. Non-toxic and harmless, healthy and environmentally friendly;
7. Closed-cell foam glass is mold-resistant, rodent-proof, and protects against pests and microorganisms.
