It conforms to GB/T7762-2003, which states that the amount of ozone in the atmosphere is a major factor in the aging of polymer materials and products. The Yangzhou Jingzhuo Ozone Aging Box can simulate and intensify atmospheric ozone conditions, achieving results similar to actual usage or reproductions in a short period. It studies the effects of ozone on polymer materials and products (rubber), rapidly identifies and evaluates the ozone resistance and protective efficacy of antioxidants, and subsequently implements effective anti-aging measures to enhance the service life of rubber products.
Ozone Aging Test ChamberThere are two methods: the static strain test method and the dynamic strain test method. The Yangzhou Jingzhuo Ozone Aging Box is composed of three main parts: the control system, the ozone generation system, the sample aging chamber, and the ozone measurement. The ozone generation system mainly includes an ozone generator, air purification device, heat exchanger, and airflow control system. The Yangzhou Jingzhuo ozone generator utilizes a high-voltage silent discharge tube, which can produce higher concentrations of ozone. The sample aging chamber is sealed and light-proof (except for intermittent lighting). A window for observing the sample surface is provided on the box door. The test box shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, featuring a stylish appearance. The inner wall, conduits, sample clamps, and structural materials are made of stainless steel or inert materials that do not decompose ozone for corrosion resistance. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with a timing device, and the intelligent digital display controller is used for ozone concentration measurement and adjustment, allowing for direct setting of the ozone concentration value and implementation of PID automatic regulation control, with high control accuracy and simple operation.
