One.Flat Vulcanizing MachineThis machine is a 25-ton flat vulcanizing press, suitable for molding various compression products, such as rubber and plastic, and also for thin sheet products. The machine frame is a four-column integral structure, with a downward (upward) pressing type. It is divided into three parts: the main unit, oil tank, and electrical control box. The main unit is equipped with plungers, hydraulic cylinders, fixed plates, and movable plates. The oil tank contains components like oil pumps, pipes, and valves. The oil pump is driven by an electric motor. The electrical control box is fitted with push-button switches, magnetic starters, timing alarms, braking temperature controllers, and overload protectors. The motor can automatically cut off power in case of overload. Electric heating is controlled by a temperature controller, which can adjust the temperature from 20 to 200 degrees Celsius. Once the temperature is reached, the circuit automatically maintains a constant temperature. After the vulcanization time is reached, an automatic alarm is triggered.
