This machine is suitable for measuring the plasticity of raw rubber, unvulcanized rubber, and blended rubber. It involves placing a rubber specimen between the smooth flat surface of a pressure-weight hammer, compressing it under certain temperature and load for a specific duration, and then measuring the change in the specimen's height before and after the test. The degree of deformation of the specimen is referred to as the plasticity of the rubber specimen.

Primary Institutions and Working Principles
The machine consists of a thermostatic box, a lifting mechanism, pressure assembly components, a thermostatic controller, and a timing alarm.
1. Pressed components and work platforms are installed inside a temperature-controlled box.
Pressure hammer lifting mechanism controlled by pressing the lever, which operates the cam to slide the pressure hammer up and down along the axis. The percentage gauge is fixed on the top bracket of the box to measure the displacement value of the pressure hammer due to sample deformation.
2. Temperature Controller
The thermostatic controller is composed of an electric heater, a platinum resistance thermometer, a heating/thermostat switch, and a digital temperature display and adjustment instrument.
3. Timer Alarm
Utilizing imported timing integrated circuits, it boasts compact structure, high reliability, and low power consumption. After the timer reaches the specified test duration of 3 minutes, it automatically stops counting, lifts the heavy hammer, and the timer resets automatically, allowing for immediate re-operation.
