ConstructionProcess
1. Prepare Substrate: The substrate must be solid and free of contaminants before construction, with all laitence, holes, and cracks to be repaired; the substrate should not have any potential movement or cracking. The minimum required strength for the base layer is greater than 20MPa. Specific cleaning methods: Use a high-speed debris cleaner to scrub the concrete floor back and forth to remove laitence; for tile, stone, terrazzo, and abrasive ground, abrade the surface to create at least 80% of a rough texture.
2. Apply Primer: The base surface should have less than 7% moisture content when applying the primer. After cleaning, allow the ground to dry completely before mixing the company's three-component primer evenly and rolling it onto the base surface. Meanwhile, evenly sprinkle 40-60 mesh fine sand over the primer to form a full coverage. Sweep up any loose sand particles that have not adhered after 6 hours.
3. Install spacers after leveling or leave empty spaces according to the design pattern.
4. Material Mixing and Spreading: Follow the water ratio indicated on the packaging. Precisely weigh the water for each package, mix thoroughly with an electric high-power mixer, and spread evenly from the inside to the outside of the work surface. Use a long scraper to assist in smoothing, paying special attention to the edges and the junctions between each batch of materials to ensure uniform aggregate particles. When smoothing, push the aggregates along with the material, not just scraping the surface paste. The construction should be continuous, and the mixed slurry should be used up within 30 minutes.
5. Optimal construction thickness is 10-15mm, immediately roll a professional exhaust roller over the slurry surface to eliminate bubbles.
Cautionary Notes
This product is a thin-layer construction material and cannot withstand basic deformation or cracking of the sub-layer. If there is a risk of cracking or potential cracking on the base surface, please choose with caution.
When spreading materials, pay attention to the evenness of aggregates to avoid uneven stone exposure.
Note the flatness of the base surface and construction thickness to avoid penetration during sanding.
When first grinding, start with a high grit abrasive disc and choose the 1# disc based on the actual strength of the floor.
The seamless construction area is up to 10 meters by 10 meters.

Packaging and Storage
25kg per bag, should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment, free from moisture, with a shelf life of 6 months.
