The battery warning online monitoring system is equipped with a powerful supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software, which performs systematic analysis on monitoring and detection data. It plots total voltage, individual cell voltage, charge/discharge current curves, and capacity histograms, enabling the analysis of the health and discharge capabilities of the battery bank. It accurately identifies underperforming batteries. The system also analyzes and calculates the steady current and voltage accuracy, as well as the ripple coefficient, of the battery charging state data, providing a basis for charger performance analysis and maintenance.
The battery early warning online monitoring system can manually or automatically generate various data reports that meet customer requirements. Systems with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) can also automatically generate a "Monthly Monitoring and Maintenance Report" in WORD format each month and save it directly to the user's folder.
