Sandblasting Suit Temperature Controller: Thermostatic Sandblasting Suit, Air-Conditioned Sandblasting Suit

Our factory's air temperature regulator utilizes a Taiwan-imported refrigeration core, powered by filtered compressed air. Adjusted through the handle, it provides a moderate temperature and comfortable breathing air. It features both warm and cold air options. When the compressed air pressure is between 0.4-0.7MPa, the temperature range can be adjusted from 10℃ to 40℃.

Activated Carbon Air Filter

Activated carbon is an efficient adsorption material with well-developed microporous structure, large adsorption capacity, rapid adsorption-desorption speed, and resistance to heat and acid-base.

An activated carbon gas filter is a device that can simultaneously remove dust, acidic and alkaline substances, and harmful odors, resulting in clean and fresh air.

The filter media is in the form of replaceable bagged activated carbon.

Function: Removal of gaseous pollutants. Gaseous pollutants are removed through adsorption and irreversible chemical reactions.

Application: Used for personal breathing air purification in sandblasting rooms or open sandblasting processes, offering particularly ideal performance and ease of use.

Thermo-regulated Shot Blasting Protective Suit Features: The thermo-regulated shot blasting suit utilizes an inflatable protective device, which consists of a temperature regulator and either a helmet or protective clothing. With the addition of an air filter, it can filter out unpleasant odors, water, oil vapor, rust, and other dust particles.
