Water and abrasive are mixed inside the sandblasting pot, then high-pressure air is introduced as power, forming a water-air-sand mixture, which is then喷射出去 through a sandblasting hose via a sandblasting gun. After the abrasive is ejected, it can be collected and immediately reused by adding water to the sand pot, making the Model II an ideal water sandblasting machine for both high-pressure water sandblasting and a sandblasting booth.

1.1 Use
This machine utilizes a compressed air-powered ram-type working system to spray process parts using water and abrasive as mediums.
1.1.1 This unit can perform the following tasks:
1) Clean the oxidation scale and slag from heat-treated parts, welded parts, castings, forgings, etc., achieving a cleaning quality up to Sa3 grade.
2) Remove minor burrs and surface residues from machined parts;
3) Suitable for pre-treatment processing before surface coating or plating on workpieces, it provides an active surface to enhance the adhesion of the coating or plating layer.
4) Can be used to improve the physical and mechanical properties of workpiece surfaces, such as altering the surface stress state and enhancing the lubrication conditions of mating parts.
5) Also ideal for the renovation of old machinery parts (cleanliness up to Sa3.0).

2) Water Consumption: Full capacity of 120kg per fill.
3) Abrasive Types: Recommended to use corundum abrasive, other abrasives are also permitted.
4) Abrasive Grain Size: 36# to 80#
5) Abrasive Usage: For corundum-type abrasives, the single addition should not exceed 130 kg.
