Mobile Explosive Material Transport Cabinet, Gauge 600, Coal Mine/Non-Coal Mine Underground Explosive Vehicle
1. Overview
Our mining trackless explosive material transport vehicles have obtained multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part is a mining blasting box consisting of 6-8 thick explosion-proof steel plates, 10 thick insulating wood boards, and 2 thick flame-retardant pads that are fireproof, shockproof, and antistatic; the lower part is a material carriage suitable for tracks with 600, 762, and 900 gauge.
2. Product Highlights:
1) Supports single-side and multi-side doors for the handling of explosive materials.
2) Double lock structure, featuring two cross-code locks and one mechanical code lock, has achieved anti-theft and anti-damage functions.
3) Equipped with four lifting rings on the top of the case for easy loading and unloading of products.
4) Customized according to customer's requirements for drum sizes and load capacity.
3. Qualification Certificates: As this product is primarily used for underground and above-ground blasting operations in coal mines and non-coal mines, our company has specifically applied for and obtained the "Mine Standard." This includes the "Mobile Explosive Hazardous Material Storage Box" with the 2022 new detection standards, as well as the "Public Security Ministry Testing Report," "Anti-static Testing Report," and "Explosion-proof Testing Report," among other relevant certifications. For different types of mines, we have also applied for and passed the "Coal Safety Certificate," "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge, respectively. These reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.
To ensure product after-sales service and quality requirements, our company has currently unified the normativeness of the aforementioned inspection reports.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that a variety of non-standard products have emerged in the current market, characterized by the following two prominent features:
1) Certificate Mosaic Type: This refers to the practice where multiple companies combine to use certificates such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," "Static Electricity Prevention Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate," rather than being held by a single company.
2) Certificate Mismatch: Refers to inconsistencies in key inspection reports such as the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," and "Anti-static Inspection Report," where the model numbers do not match.
3) Manufacturer has not undergone ISO system inspection and certification; lacks a complete production process and quality inspection procedures.
Please exercise due caution and care, esteemed new and existing customers, to avoid purchasing non-compliant products that could pose significant safety hazards to the mining industry.
