1. Overview

Our mine-use rail blasting material transport vehicles have obtained multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part, which is a mine blasting box made of 6-8 thick explosion-proof steel plates externally, 10 thick insulating wood boards internally, and 2 thick flame-retardant, fireproof, shockproof, and antistatic pads; and the lower part, which is a material carriage suitable for tracks with 600, 762, and 900 gauge widths.

2. Product Highlights:

1) Features single-side and multi-side door options for handling explosive materials.

2) Double lock structure, featuring two cross combination locks and one mechanical combination lock, which has achieved anti-theft and anti-damage functions.

3) The top of the case is equipped with four lifting rings for easy loading and unloading of the product.

4) Customizable according to customer's requirements for container size and loading capacity.

Qualification Certificates: As this product is primarily used for underground and surface blasting operations in coal and non-coal mines for transportation purposes, our company has specifically applied for and obtained the "Mine Standard." This includes certifications for the container, such as the "Mine-Use Portable Explosive Hazardous Material Storage Box" with the 2022 new detection standards, along with "Static Electricity Prevention Detection Report" and "Explosion Prevention Detection Report" and other relevant inspection and certification reports. In accordance with the requirements of different types of mines, we have also applied and obtained the "Coal Safety Certificate," "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge, respectively. These reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.

To ensure product after-sales service and quality requirements, our company has currently unified the standardization of the above test reports.

Special attention is drawn to the fact that a variety of non-standard products have emerged in the current market, with two notable characteristics as follows:

1) Certificate Patchwork Type: Refers to the situation where the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," "Static Electricity Prevention Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate" are compiled and used by multiple companies, not held by a single company.

3) Manufacturer has not passed ISO system inspection and certification; lacks a complete production process and quality inspection procedures.
