1. Overview
Our mine-use rail-borne explosive material transport vehicles have obtained multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. The product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part, which is a mine blasting box consisting of an outer shell made of 6-8 thick explosion-proof steel plates, an inner layer of 10 thick insulating boards, and 2 thick flame-retardant, shockproof, and antistatic pads; and the lower part, which is a material car suitable for tracks with 600, 762, and 900 gauge.
2. Product Highlights:
1) Features single-sided and multi-sided doors for handling explosive materials.
2) Dual lock structure, featuring two cross-code locks and one mechanical code lock, has been implemented to provide anti-theft and anti-damage functions.
3) Equipped with four lifting rings at the top of the case for easy loading and unloading of products.
4) Customizable according to customer's requirements for drum size and loading capacity.
3. Qualification Certificates: As this product is primarily used for transportation in coal and non-coal mine underground blasting operations, our company has specifically applied for and registered the "Mine Standard." This includes the container with the "Mine-Use Mobile Explosive Hazardous Material Storage Box" certified by the Ministry of Public Security under the new 2022 testing standards, as well as various related certification reports such as the "Anti-static Detection Report" and "Explosion-proof Detection Report." In response to different types of mine requirements, we have also obtained the "Coal Safety Certificate," "Mine Safety Certificate" for 600mm, 762mm, and 900mm gauge, respectively. These reports have been verified for authenticity on the websites of relevant official agencies.
To ensure product after-sales and quality requirements, our company has currently standardized the format of the above test reports.
Special attention is drawn to the fact that the market is currently filled with various non-standard products, which are characterized by the following two distinct features:
1) Certificate Mosaic Type: This refers to the situation where the "Public Security Inspection Report," "Explosion-Proof Inspection Report," "Static Electricity Protection Inspection Report," "Coal Safety Certificate," or "Mine Safety Certificate" are compiled and used by multiple companies, rather than being held by a single company.
2) Certificate Mismatch Type: Refers to the inconsistency in model numbers among critical inspection reports such as the Public Security Inspection Report, Explosion-Proof Inspection Report, and Electrostatic Protection Inspection Report, etc.
3) Manufacturer has not passed ISO system inspection and certification; lacks a complete production process and quality inspection procedures.
Please exercise careful and serious identification, valued new and old customers, to prevent the purchase of non-compliant products and to avoid posing significant safety hazards to the mine.
