Silicone rubber long-lasting anti-fouling coating is mainly used on transmission and transformation equipment of voltage levels below 750KV, such as suspended insulators (porcelain and glass),支柱绝缘子, switches, knife switches, lightning arresters, transformers, coupling capacitors, wall-through bushings, and various porcelain parts on indoor transformer equipment in humid areas.

During construction, it should be avoided to work in conditions with fog, condensation, precipitation, or snow, as well as under wind-blown sand. The construction temperature should be maintained above -20℃. Prior to construction, the insulator surface should be cleaned and kept dry. For greasy substances or other contaminants that affect the adhesion of paint, appropriate cleaning agents or procedures should be used. The recoating of failed coatings should be determined based on the adhesion of the coating. During recoating, ensure the coating is even, smooth, without accumulation, flow, bubbles, stringing, defects, or missed spots.
