Key Technical Specifications
Sample Dimensions
Small Sample Card: 12*12mm2
Large-sized sample card: 50*50mm2
Probe Sample Card: 1*1mm2-20*30mm2
Sample Testing Methods
Hall effect samples: Si, GaAs, etc.
Resistor and I-V samples: 4-wire or 6-wire method
Electrical Performance
Under the following typical test conditions:
Sample power consumption less than 1mV; under these conditions, excite to the recommended current and voltage as specified in the system configuration.
Sampling Temperature: 295K
Sample holder non-leakage current
Each test lead resistance is 25Ω
The voltage efficiency for measuring resistivity (V_out / V_in) should be 0.1.
Sample Shape Correction Factor: 1
Magnetic field and sample thickness test uncertainty is within 1%.
Magnetic field/sample thickness is 1T/mm, note that the measured carrier concentration ratio is approximately this value. Therefore, stronger magnetic fields and thicker samples cannot increase the testing range.
