I. Overview
The function of the magnetic shielding tube is primarily to shield the environmental magnetic field dominated by the Earth's magnetic field, creating a near-zero magnetic field (magnetic induction strength less than 1nT in air) inside after shielding. It meets the needs and requirements of high-end users for a near-zero magnetic field environment. The shielding tube is aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, easy to use, and offers high value for money, making it suitable for government, military, and party agencies, scientific research institutions, and universities.
Section II: Product Structure (Illustrated by a shielding requirement below 2nT)
The magnetic shielding tube consists of two main parts: the tube body and the tube cover. The tube body is the main part of the small magnetic shielding tube, consisting of 6 layers: 4 layers of permalloy, 1 layer of insulating material, and 1 layer of aluminum alloy. Inside the tube, a degaussing coil is also installed. Four mounting corners are set at the bottom of the tube for easy installation and removal; the tube cover is identical to the tube body, with 5 layers: 4 layers of permalloy and 1 layer of aluminum alloy, and the cover is in a split design.
III. Demagnetization Precautions
The residual magnetism inside the shielding tube must not meet the usage requirements before demagnetization can be performed; strive to minimize the number of demagnetization cycles. Do not keep it powered for extended periods; do not use it frequently. Use it once, then wait for the demagnetizer to cool down before using it again.
