Instructions for Use:
1. Begin by stripping a section of approximately 15 cm wide steel wire from the end of the wire rope transport tape. Remove the rubber sheath on both sides and secure the tape.
2. Install the upper and lower blades, aligning the lower blade with the center of the steel wire rope. Adjust the tension of the pressure roller bolts, press down the handle, and move the motor frame through the steel wire rope connection. This drives the blades to detach the rubber from the wire rope, completing the stripping process. The LCD digital display is intuitive, with good quality and durability. Digital and indicator light displays, preset vulcanization time and temperature, the entire vulcanization process is fully automated. The alarm light illuminates, indicating the work is automatically completed. 2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box is beautifully designed, compact, and utilizes advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology.
