The motor's output power is reduced by a meticulously designed reducer, which then drives the rope drum to move the robotic arm at one end in and out, completing the peeling operation.

The total length of the wire rope is 6 meters. During the preparation for stripping, pay attention to the distance between the stripping position and the fixed position of the stripping machine, which should not exceed 5.5 meters.

      Before stripping with the peeling machine, use a fixed sleeve to secure the peeling machine in a sturdy location. The peeling machine's pulling force can reach300Pounds, so it needs to be sufficiently sturdy. If this isn't achievable on-site, you can reduce the width of each layer being peeled back to decrease the tension.

This stripping machine operates in an intermittent manner and should not be run continuously for extended periods.

If the wire rope becomes loose, it should be re-tied properly. If there is significant wear, it should be replaced.
